In 2012 I was the recipient of a post doctoral academic exchange with an architecture university in Paris, Ecole Superieure d’Archtecture, Paris La Vilette. I was based in a laboratoire only minutes away from the famous Basin La Vilette. In my ten months in Paris I often left the lab in the late afternoon to photograph the canals of Paris. Here are some of my favourite photos of that time.
